Repetition as process. One of a kind, and perhaps its existence is echoed by its process, reveals a more intimate vibration of a deeper internal repetition that generates its singularity. The repetition is altered when it is internalized, at the same time expresses a singularity against the general, an universality opposed to the particular, a notable element against the ordinary, an eternity opposed to permanence. All drawings were drawn with pen and ink, starting with a template model. There are multiple layers of loops overlapping without interconnecting free spaces. In this in-depth process, time is the architect as a mediator and mentor.
