PRESENTATION

Three identical workers fold paper in an image of assembly-line work… a shovel digs again and again in a clay quarry… DIY tools are rendered in porcelain and produced in a series: the work of Felicia Cleveland-Stevens borrows from the vocabulary of work, manual and industrial, through actions that are at the same time the mode of production but also the subject.
